Thanks Manas, that first sentence is an interesting thought, but I think its a spiritual one! :)
On the second, freedom by definition means "neither acting nor causing to act" in relation to whom? The individual who is free, isn't it? But there's nothing that says how the other reacts to it. eg, Britishers felt it their freedom to rule us; how about our freedom? Didn't it cause us hindrance? Thats where I was coming from thinking ahead of the 60th year of independence and how each of us is bound due to someone else's freedom, still!
